Other than skin care products and treatments, what do you do to keep your skin healthy
Shelley, CEO and Founder of BellaPelle: "I eat lots of 70% chocolate, take two fish oil capsules per day and go to pilates. The foodstuffs are full of antioxidants and the pilates keeps my core strong."
Keri, a BellaPelle skin specialist says she drinks lots of water, exercises, eats a clean diet with supplements, gets regular facials and tries to have a healthy emotional outlook on life.
Dulcinea, a waxing specialist at BellaPelle: "I'm up in the gym working on my fitness!"
Beth, a new member of the BellaPelle skin specialist team: "To keep my skin beautiful I drink TONS of water and stay out of the sun. These practices are essential to me."
Maddie, the studio manager at BellaPelle Skin Studio, feels that drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep really make a difference on her skin.
Victoria, a studio coordinator at BellaPelle follows Keri and Maddie in her efforts to keep her skin beautiful by drinking a lot of water.
Erika, another of BellaPelle's great studio coordinators, just recently started getting back in the habit of either making fresh vegetable juice or making nutrient-dense green smoothies for breakfast. "I'm mainly doing it for more sustained energy, but the vitamins and minerals being consumed also have some skin benefits as well."
Christopher, the new Product Specialist at BellaPelle keeps his skin healthy by avoiding direct sun for long periods and wearing sunscreen.
